The Naples Florida neighborhood of Park Shore runs along the Gulf of Mexico.

Gulf Shore Blvd N. is the main road along the beach area of Park Shore. There you will find high-rise condos on the beach and across the street on the Venetian Bay. So no matter which side of Gulf Shore Blvd. N. you decide to live on, chances are, you will have a water view.

As you can imagine, the condos on the beachside of Gulf Shore Blvd. N are more expensive than the properties available on the bayside.

There are fewer beachfront homes for sale than on the bayside and the beachfront condos in Naples are selling faster than their counterparts on Venetian Bay.
