Naples Florida April 2019 sales were brisk with 1,158 closings, 131 sales higher than the same period last year.

That is an increase of 12.8%!

How about home inventory levels in Naples FL?

Inventory levels in the Naples real estate market are lower than that of a year ago, there are only 8.0 months of supply this year compared to 9.3 in 2018. April saw the number of new condominium listings increase by 9.2 percent; whereas there was a decrease of 3.2 percent for new listings in the single-family homes market.
